Who am I?

Hello, here is my update as of February 2010.

The topic of sex and spirit is taking me on ever deeper journeys, within myself, with my loved ones and with fellow explorers.

Here is a short bio:

I am a certified sexological bodyworker and somatic educator. My path has brought me to to bring the sensual, sexual and mystical together in a down-to-earth, useful manner.

As a massage-therapist I began to integrate the eastern science of medicine and sexual energy. I was involved with The New Ancient Sex Academy (NASA) in Amsterdam. During the 90's in the US, I developed the women's teachings for XOX and the Body Electric School, facilitating experiential workshops on sex and spirit for women and female-male couples.

I am greatful for people who have been pioneers in the sex-spirit field, like Annie Sprinkle, Betty Dodson, Joseph Kramer, Mantak Chia, Margo Anand, Willem de Ridder and others. Spiritually I resonate most with Sufism, Taoism and Tantra. Psychologically I am influenced by ProcessWork, a model of Deep Democracy, developed by Arnold Mindell.

Over the many years, and after a break of being active in the world, I have come to the articulation of a paradigm of sexuality, which allows for a 21st century update of sex&spirit.

I call it Full Spectrum Sex, a paradigm that brings eastern, traditional wisdom and western science together in one practical package for those who wish to explore and practice conscious sexuality.
