Ongoing Women's Group, Taos

Exploring sexuality in a spiritual context

Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday, 6.30 - 8.30 pm.

$8 - $15 sliding scale. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.

This group is created for two main purposes: to learn and to share.

1. Each week I'll offer a topic, or practice, to expand your sexuality

2. Group members bring in their own topics to explore, or discuss.

Touch is the primary, instinctual language of all living creatures. Touch connects infant with parent, animal with human, and lover with lover. Caring touch releases body chemicals (oxytocins) which lower stress and heighten a sense of safety and belonging.

This course cultivates the instinctual language of touch that every person possesses, into a conscious expression of affection, pleasure and love. You'll learn to know touch as language:

$75.00 per hour, 2 - 4 hours per session.

This offer is designed for those who are seriously interested to integrate all aspects of sex on an ongoing basis. Each session combines physical / sensual interaction with practices you can develop on your own, with or without a partner.

3 hour instruction and practice. $75.00 per hour.

 

*The Practice of Tantra and Full Spectrum Sex*

If you're interested in an ongoing exploration and deepening of your sexuality, if you're interested in exploring Tantra or Full Spectrum sex, then you are willing to explore methods which seemingly have nothing to do with sex. However, they have everything to do with sexual energy.

Sexual energy / Libido / Kundalini is the key to transforming our sexuality from sex=drive to sex=life force.

To me, there's nothing 'holy' about the practices we will explore. At the same time, nothing is more sacred. We will use tools/techniques to facilitate different states of consciousness and awareness, in particular breath, concentration/meditation/visualization, movement, sound. Similar tools are used by many lineages and you may be familiar with some of them. One unique element of Tantric and Full Spectrum Sex practice, of course, is that it can be done with a partner in the most intimate of ways.
